We provide sheet samples (0.5m wide x 0.3m long) and roll samples (0.5m wide x 200m long). Please contact us for details.

Please refer to “Product Standard Foil Length” in the packaging instructions.
For minimum quantity, we usually accept orders from 0.5m wide by 200m long (100㎡) per order.

Please note the following items regarding the storage of delivered products.

• Store in a chloride-free environment.
• Store in a place with normal temperature and low humidity.
• Never pour water on the etched foil or chemical foil.
  (Pouring water on the product may cause gas to be generated with heat, which may result in an explosion in rare cases.)
• Keep the product in a sealed condition until immediately before use.
• Store the product in a condition where it is not subjected to stress.
  (Stress may deform the rolls, making them difficult to work with during processing.)

Salt (chlorine ions), such as hand sweat, is a serious enemy of electrode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitors, so please be careful never to handle it with bare hands.
To prevent corrosion accidents after the foil is assembled into aluminum electrolytic capacitors, please handle the foil with gloves that have been thoroughly cleaned of chlorine ions, not with bare hands.

Basic products are produced and packed in thick rolls.

Our aluminum foil is a molded product (made from a single material, aluminum), so it is not subject to the obligation to submit SDS. In accordance with the policy of the Nippon Chemi-Con Group, we do not submit SDS.
Instead of SDS, we submit a table of ingredients as composition information to explain that the product is a molded aluminum foil. If you would like to request a table of ingredients, please contact us through “Contact Us (General)”.

Our products are compliant with the RoHS Directive (10 substances). If you would like to receive a report on RoHS compliance and REACH/SVHC confirmation, please contact us through “Contact Us (General)”. We will submit the report.
However, we do not conduct inspections for the four phthalates (DEHP, BBP, DBP, and DIBP) added by the RoHS Directive (2015/863/EU) because we do not use anything related to these substances at our production plants and there is no route of entry for the four substances.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to determine whether the capacitor in question contains PCB, as it is not a product manufactured by our company.
Our company supplies electrode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitors and does not manufacture capacitor units ourselves.
Therefore, any capacitor labeled “KDK” found inside equipment is highly likely to be a product of another manufacturer using that name.
For confirmation regarding PCB content, please contact the manufacturer of the relevant product.
