F Tech (Improving the flexibility of anode foil)

Increasing the surface area of anode foil is essential for improving the performance of aluminum electrolytic capacitors. However, as the surface area increases and the proportion of hard dielectric film increases, the flexibility of the anode foil decreases, and a problem arises in that it becomes difficult to wind it.

To solve this problem, our company has developed its own technology called 'F Tech' (Figure 5). This technology improves flexibility by creating multiple cracks in the anode foil, thereby reducing the bending stress during winding. This makes it possible to wind the anode foil smoothly (Figure 6).
